- 200 g lentil
- 1 liter water
- ½ onion
- ½ carrot
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp butter
- salt and pepper
- Soak lentils in water 2 to 3 hours before cooking and wash lentils with water.
- Cut the onion and carrot into 5 mm slices.
- Put the lentils, onion, carrot and water in a pot, and cook on low heat until water is gone, and let stand cool.
- When cool, put the lentil, onion, and carrot in mixer and blend until smooth.
- Return the soup to the pot and cook and add the chili powder, butter, salt and pepper, serve immediately and garnish with a little of fresh cream.
