- 250 g chicken breast
- 2 spring onion
- 2 tsp crushed ginger
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1⅓ cups green string beans
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp granulated chicken stock powder
- salt and pepper
- Put the chicken into a pan and just enough cold water to cover. Add spring onion, ginger, and sake and boil until the chicken cooked, and remove the chicken. Let stand cool.
- When cool the chicken, roughly shred the chicken, and set aside.
- String the beans and chop in half diagonally boil the beans for a few minutes. (taking care not to overcook then) and Drain and dry.
- Put the beans and chicken a bowl. Combine the mayonnaise, milk and granulated chicken stock powder and stir into beans and chicken. Season with salt and pepper. Serve and immediately.
