Garlic Fried Rice with Konbu 昆布チャーハン

- 2 portion cooked brown rice
- 1 clove garlic, cut into mince
- 1½ tbsp sesame oil
- salted- konbu kelp (SHIO-KONBU)
- Place the sesame oil and garlic in a frying pan, and preheat to over a medium heat.
- When it starts to smell good, add the cooked brown rice and stir-fry well, then add the SHIO-KONBU and stir-fry briefly. Arrange it in a plate, serve immediately.
