Grilled Dried Horse Mackerel 鯵の干物

- 2 dried horse mackerel
- grated white radish
- your choice, soy sauce
- Place the dried horse mackerel on a cooking grill for fish, and grill over a high heat for about 5-6 min. When the whole fish is about 70% done, turn out and grill the other side. (Skin).
- When the cooked, arrange the mackerel on a plate, and garnish with grated white radish and your choice, with soy sauce
