- 2 cup rice
- 1 celery
- 2 cup water
- 1½ tbsp olive oil
- salt
- Cut the celery into 3㎜ wide slice. Place the olive oil in a pan, and fry the celery over s medium heat.
- Add the non-wash rice, stir- fry, add the salt, and pour the water and cook over a low heat with cover for about 20 min.
- *Your choice, garnish with “grilled MEZASHI fish” (MEZASHI is dried sardine)
