- 2 fillet spinach mackerel
- ½ tbsp sale
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp miso
- 30g pizza cheese
- kinome
- Sprinkle the sake on the spinach mackerel, let stand for 10 minutes, and excess the water. Combine the mirin and miso, mix well. Chop the kinome in roughly.
- Grill the spinach mackerel in oven or oven toaster for 4-5 min. Remove the fish form oven toaster, spread the mirin and miso sauce, sprinkle the pizza cheese on top, grill to more 3-4 min.
- Arrange it on dish, sprinkle the chopped kinome.
