Bacon and Rice with Soy Sauce ベーコンご飯

Serves: 2
- 4 slice bacon
- 1-1½ tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- ½ lemon juice
- 2 portion cooked rice
- spring onion
- Cut the bacon into strips and combine the soy sauce, mirin, sake, and lemon juice.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the bacon. Add the combined soy sauce, mirin, sake, and lemon juice. Turn off the heat, and add the cooked rice and mix well.
- Sprinkle the chopped spring onion.

Nice and simple. I would like to try mirin and sake in my own cooking. I am not too familiar with these yet. This recipe could be a simple experiment for me to start. Thanks.
