- 100g salmon (for sashimi)
- ½ apple
- 4 avocados
- 2 branch dill
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- salt and pepper
- Cut of the one side of avocado into 1㎝ wide and cut off other side in little and standing then. Scoop out the avocado and remove the seed and put into a bowl. Add the mayonnaise and mix.
- Cut the salmon and apple into small bite-size and chop the dill. Next add the avocado and mayonnaise mixture and mix briefly.
- Arrange the cocktail salad in a avocado skin and garnish with dill.
This is very much different combination of ingredients and I would like to taste this recipe.Salmon and Apple is something new combination for me.I like that it has less ingredients.
