- 350g blocked pork
- 2 onion
- 20 leaves basil
- 2 tbsp Japanese sake
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, cut in 4 equal pieces
- salt and pepper
- Cut the pork into 4-5 ㎝ wide pieces and sprinkle 14g salt and knead with your hand. Put it into stock bag and add the Japanese sake and let stand for one night in refrigerator.
- Cut the onion into thinly slice and cut the basil in mince. Put then into a bowl and add the olive oil and salt mix well.
- Wipe the pork with paper towel to excess water. Put some water in a steamer water pot. Bring to the boil. When steam begins from water pot, put the oven sheet and place the pork on top and steam for about 10 min.
- Put the steamed pork in a dish plate and put the onion salad on top. Sprinkle a little bit olive oil and garnish with lemon.
