- 250g chicken tight
- 1 onion
- 1 yellow paprika
- 100g small tomatoes
- ½ knob garlic
- 1 red chili
- ¼ cup vinegar
- ¾ water
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
- minced parsley
- Cut the chicken into bite-size and sprinkle the salt and pepper and let stand for 10min. Cut the onion and paprika into 2㎝ square pieces.
- Take off stem of the tomato. Cut the chili in half and take off the seed.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the chili and garlic. When it becomes to good smell, add the chicken and onion and fry. Add the paprika and fry briefly. Add the vinegar and boil for about 1-2 min, add the water and tomatoes and over a medium low heat with cover for about 15 min.
- Remove the cover and simmer until liquid is almost gone. Add the salt, pepper and minced parsley and mix.
This is something new combination of ingredients with chicken and paprika.This seems a spicy recipe and I like this type of recipe.I like to make various tasty and spicy recipes.
