Marinated Tomato with Ginger トマトのジンジャーマリネ

Serves: 2
- 15 mini tomatoes
- 1 knob ginger
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ⅓ tsp salt
- vegetable oil
- Cut the ginger into finely strip. Put the vinegar, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Add the ginger into a bowl, and mix well.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat and add the mini tomato. When the tomato skin becomes peeling, transfer to cold water, drain and peel the tomato.
- Add the tomato in a bowl and mix well. Let stand for about 15min over.

Tomato and ginger is something new and rare combination for me.This recipe requires very less ingredients so it will be easy for me to make it.I am curious to taste this combination.
I use tomato gravy in some of my recipes.I have never used a ginger with tomato.So I would like to taste this Marinated Tomato with Ginger.This will be a new taste for me.
