Takikomi Gohan Meals: Matsutake Gohan (松茸ご飯)

Serves: 2 – 3
- 3 cups rice
- 3 cups dashi stock
- 3 matsutake mushrooms
- 1 abura- age
- 3 tbsp sake
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- ⅓ tsp salt
- Wash the rice for 30 min before cooking.
- Cut the matsutake mushrooms into thinly slice and sprinkle 1 tbsp sake.
- Soak the abura age in hot water briefly, and cut then half and 1㎝ wide pieces.
- Put the rice, sake, soy sauce, salt and matsutake mushrooms in a rice cooker and cook as usual.
