- 200g thin slice of pork
- 200g cabbage
- ½ onion
- 1½ tbsp sesame oil
- 1½ tbsp butter
- 150g mix vegetables
- 4pk noodles
- salt and pepper (add the amount of your taste)
- A: for combine seasoning
- 1tbsp Japanese sake
- 1tbsp water
- 1tbsp granules chicken soup base
- 1knob of garlic
- 3 tbsp miso
- First cut the pork into bite size, then add salt and pepper.
- Next cut the cabbage into 2cm long ways and cut the onion into thin slices.
- Mix (A) ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
- Add sesame oil to your hot plate. Then add the pork and mix vegetables and fry it a little.
- Add the butter. Enjoy
