Good afternoon everyone, a wet Thursday here for us and it looks like I’m staying indoors.
- 150g tuna
- ½ green onion
- 1 avocado
- 1½ tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- Cut the tuna into bite-size pieces. Cut the green onion using the edge cut technique.
- Combine the soy sauce, sake and mirin in a bowl, and mix. Add the tuna and green onion, soaked in the sauce. Cover the bowl with wrap, and let stand for 5-10 min in a fridge.
- Peel the avocado and cut it into cube pieces, add it into a tuna’s bowl and tossing well.
- Serve with wasabi your taste.
