Hello everyone. It’s finally a beautiful day, the sun is shining and there a very nice cool breeze blowing. Time to get those clothes in the wash and some house cleaning before I have to go to work. We have just received great News from YouTube, that we are finally got a Partnership. So I’m really happy with that, so we will be adding more videos to our channel as soon as we get a new video camera. Speak of camera I have to apologize for the bad look photo in our blog, our digital has died so we are looking for a new one of those too. All of our photos are taken from my IPod Touch, so the photos are not so clear. Please bare with us until we can get a new one, thank you.
- 1 Fillet Tuna (for SASHIMI)
- Salt and Pepper
- Flour
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 30 g Butter
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Cut the tuna in half. Sprinkle the salt and pepper and dust to flour. Cut the garlic into thinly slice.
- Heat the oil into a frying pan, fry the garlic and sauté the tuna until golden brown. Arrange it on dish.
- Put the butter, soy sauce, and sugar into a same frying pan, make to sauce, and pour all over on top of the tuna.
