Good Morning . Finally I got today and tomorrow day off from work, I get to work on my Food Blog and pre-write some recipes for the coming weeks. I’m still going strong with my dieting lost about 3 kilos so far and need 2 more kilos to be at my original weight. I was wondering if you all had a great diet dish I could try and you would like to share with me, I would love to try some thing new. - ¼ Lettuce, cut in half
- 60 g Boiled Crab Meat
- 200cc Dashi Stock
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Sake
- ½ tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Water + 1 tbsp Starch
- Heat the frying pan, and put the lettuce, add the little of water and steam with lid.
- Boiling the dash stock in a pot, add the sake, mirin, and soy sauce, and add the crab meat.
- When it cooked, add the starch dissolved in the water, and thicken.
It sounds really delicious and comforting 🙂 The sauce looks so thick and rich… I will definitely try this 🙂
