- 100g kidney beans
- pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp parched sesame
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- String the kidney beans, place in boiling salted water and boil for a few minutes, soak in cold water, drain and cut into 3㎝ lengths.
- Grind the sesame in a grinding bowl, when the sesame are half- paste like , add the sugar, vegetable oil, and soy sauce, and continue grind to make smooth.
- Place the kidney beans into the grinding bowl, and mix well with the dressing.
