- 3 cup rice
- 100g boiled sansai (mountain vegetables)
- 3 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp light color soy sauce
- ½ tsp salt
- Wash the rice for 30 min before cooking. Cut the sansai into bite-size pieces.
- Put the rice, sake, mirin, light color soy sauce, salt, and sansai all in a rice cooker and mix. Pour the water in a rice cooker and cook as usual. Then cook.
