Ingredients
  • 4 shrimps
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 green onion
  • 1 cup bit of deep-fried tempura batter
  • 2 portion cooked rice
  • vegetable oil
  • For Donburi Sauce (Don Tsuyu):
  • 100cc dashi stock
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 5 tbsp mirin
Instructions
  1. Remove the shell of shrimp and cut in half. Beaten the eggs. And cut the green onion into 4㎝ lengths diagonal cut.
  2. Combine the ingredients of Donburi Sauce.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan, add the shrimps and fry and add the donburi sauce. When it starts to the boil, add the green onion.
  4. Add the bit of deep- fried tempura batter, and add the beaten eggs and turn off the heat. Put then on top of cooked rice.
