Today on Cooking Japanese Style we have a dish called Corn Salad or コーンサラダ in Japanese. I like to use fresh corn instead of using can corn, cause of the taste is a lot better. Sometime when using can corn you can taste the tin and not the corn itself. I you prefer to use can corn it is totally up to you. This dish goes great with any meat main dish. Enjoy and Keep on Cooking!!
