In the pass 4 – 5 years wanting to learn more about Japanese food and how they prepared them as an art form instead of something there for you to eat.
I like this dish. But because I stay away from cholesterol, I will remove the fat from the roast pork and leave out the butter. I wonder how that would affect the taste, because I know butter gives any dish great flavor.
