It doesn’t sound bad, but I’m surprised that it’s a mix between tofu and chicken. Why the mix?

i mean tofu mixed with nugget is a rare kind of idea you share here.. but emm.. seems so nice…
maybe tofu makes softer texture for the nugget doesn’t it?well, i’m not pretty handy on cooking..

We add the chicken, due to the tofu doesn’t stick together when you are deep frying. The chicken is like the glue part for the tofu. I hope that answer your question.
