- Ingredients:
- ☆ 200g pork, thinly sliced
- ☆ 2 large tomato
- ☆ 1 clove ginger
- ☆ 1 clove garlic
- ☆ 1 tbsp olive oil
- ☆ salt and pepper
- ☆ parsley, minced
- Cut the pork into the 1cm wide pieces. Cut the tomato into the 1cm round.
- Heat the olive oil in frying pan, and fry the pork until crispy. When cooked, removed from the frying pan, and set aside.
- Cook the tomato both side briefly.
- Place tomato on plate, and put the crispy pork on top, and sprinkle the parsley on top.
