Baked Apple 焼き林檎

Recipe type: Dessert
- 2 apples
- 150cc fresh cream
- 3½ tbsp beet- sugar
- ½ tsp brandy
- maple syrup
- Cut the apple into half and take off the core. Wrap in aluminum foil.
- Place in oven preheat 200℃, and cook for about 35 min.
- Put the fresh cream in a bowl, add the beet-sugar and brandy, and whip until foamy.
- When baked the apple, place in a dish, and garnish with whipped cream and maple syrup.
