- 2 paprika
- 2 green pepper
- 4 tbsp grind white sesame
- 1½ tbsp sugar
- 1½ tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp mirin
- 1 tsp dashi stock
- Cut the paprika and pepper into 1cm length slice, and place in boiling salted water and boil for briefly.
- Place the grind sesame, sugar, soy sauce, mirin, and dashi stock in a bowl, and mix well.
- Add the paprika into bowl, and mix well with the sesame dressing. Serve immediately.
