- 2 pack soft tofu
- ½ cup ricotta cheese
- 5 leaves green perilla, cut into thinly strips
- dried bonito flakes
- white sesame
- For sauce
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1tsp mirin
- ½tbsp grated ginger
- Make sauce: Put the soy sauce, sugar, mirin, and grated ginger in a small pan. And boil briefly and let stand until cool.
- Place the tofu in a dish, and place the ricotta cheese on top of tofu and sprinkle with the green perilla, dried bonito flakes, and sesame. Finally, pour over the sauce and serve immediately.
- * I think, your choice green perilla it could be good instead of using fresh basil leaves. This recipe is match with white wine and Japanese sake, please chilled well: D
