- 2 or 3 Banana
- 1½tbsp flour
- 3tbsp rice flour
- 1½tbsp sugar
- ⅓tsp baking powder
- ⅓tsp salt
- 1tsp white sesame
- 50g coconuts flakes
- ¾cup coconut milk
- vegetable oil for deep-fry
- Cut the banana in half and length half.
- Place the flour, rice flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, white sesame, coconut flakes, and coconut milk in a bowl, and mix well. Let stand for about 5 min.
- Add the banana, and coat the batter gently use your hands. Deep-fry the banana in oil 140-150℃ for 7-10 min and when becomes float up the banana, turn up the heat to 160℃. Deep-fry until golden brown. When the finished fry, drains the tray. Serve immediately.
