- 2 potato
- 1 clove garlic, cut into mince
- 2 red chili, cut into chop
- ¼ bunch spring onion thinly edge cut
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- little of salt
- Cut the potato into strips and keep in cold water, and drain on a sieve.
- Place the oil in a frying pan, and add the red chili and garlic and fry.
- When it became too good smell, add the potato and stir-fry briefly. Add the vinegar and fry over a high heat, until potato is soften, then season with salt, sprinkle the spring onion, serve immediately.
