- 1 cauliflower
- 3 sliced bacon
- 1 glove garlic, cut into thinly slice
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- salt and pepper
- Trim the cauliflower and cut into bite-size pieces, then, boil briefly and drain on sieve. Cut the bacon into 2cm wide pieces.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the garlic and fry over a low heat. When the becomes to good smell, add the bacon and fry until crispy.
- Add the cauliflower, and stir-fry, season with salt. Arrange it on plate, sprinkles the black pepper, and serve immediately.
