- 200g ground pork
- 2 bunch asparagus
- 2 deep-fried tofu (abura-age)

- A:
- ½ cup dashi stock
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1½ soy sauce
- a little of salt
- 1 tbsp Potato starch-add water
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Place the deep-fried tofu in a sieve, pour on boiling water to remove excess oil and cut into 1 ㎝ lengthwise.
- Cut the asparagus into 4 ㎝ length diagonal cut.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan ;add the ground pork and stir-fry, season briefly with salt. Add the asparagus and frying together for about 2min.
- Add the deep-fried tofu and “A”, fry-simmer and finally add the potato starch-add water, and cook briefly.
