Sesame Dressing 胡麻ドレッシング

- 2 tbsp sesame paste or unsalted smooth peanut butter
- 2 tbsp ground toasted sesame
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- salt and seven-chili powder
- Combine all the ingredients, mixing well.
- Place the salad leaves in suitable bowl and either serve the dressing separately or dress just before eating.

This is is quite easy yet I haven’t thought of it myself. Thanks for this Sesame dressing. I’m a big fan of sesame seeds.
Are there many recipies to make a creamy sesame dressing? Would this work for shabushabu?
I REALLY miss goma dressing!
