- 150g water spinach (ku-shin-sai)
- 100g sliced pork, cut into bite-size
- 1 clove garlic, cut into chopped
- 1 red chili pepper, cut into half
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- pinch of sugar
- 1 tbsp crushed peanut
- 1 tbsp fish sauce or soy sauce
- Cut the water spinach into 5㎝ length pieces and cut the pork into 3㎝ square pieces.
