- 3 cucumber, cut into thinly slice
- ½ tsp salt
- 1½ cup water
- 1½ tbsp miso
- a little of soy sauce
- a little of dried bonito flakes
- Place the water and salt, mix well, and soak the cucumber for about 10 min.
- When it softens, rinse the cucumber in cold water and squeeze out of the moisture.
- Place the miso and soy sauce in a bowl, and mix well, add the cucumber and dressing well. Arrange to a small bowl, sprinkles the dried bonito flakes. Serve immediately.
