Scrambled Egg with Young Sardine Rice 卵そぼろとしらすご飯

- 3 eggs
- ⅓ tsp salt
- 2 portion cooked rice
- young sardine
- vegetable oil
- Drop the eggs into a bowl, and add the salt and mixing. Heat a frying pan with oil and make the scrambled egg. Put the scrambled egg on the cooked rice, and put the young sardine on top. Pour over a little soy sauce, your choice.
