Butter Asparagus with Soft Fried Egg アスパラバター焼きと目玉焼き

- 6 asparagus
- 80cc water
- 2 eggs
- ½ tbsp butter
- pinch of salt
- parmesan cheese
- Peel the asparagus and cut in bottoms and half-length pieces.
- Place the asparagus, water, and salt in a frying pan, over a high heat with cover, and steam fry for 1-2 min.
- After 1-2 min, take off the cover, and add the egg to some space in frying pan. Cover again, place the medium heat and steam fry for about 2-3 min.
- When it almost liquid is gone, put the butter and season with salt and pepper. Place then on a plate, sprinkle the parmesan cheese.
