Sweet Tomato Marinade トマトのスウィートマリネ

- 1 large tomato
- ½ onion
- ½ tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp honey
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- mint leaves
- Cut the tomato into bite-size pieces, and cut the onion into thinly slice, rinse in the salted water, and rub by your hands, drain with paper towel.
- Place the tomato and onion in a bowl. Dress with olive oil and mint leaves. Then season with honey and salt. Place it on a plate, pour over the balsamic vinegar.
