Cheese French Toast チーズフレンチトースト

Serves: 2
- 8 slice bread
- sliced cheese
- 2 eggs
- 100 cc milk
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp butter
- maple syrup or honey
- Put the cheese on the bread, and put the other bread on the cheese. Cut the bread edge.
- Drop the eggs into a bowl, and add the sugar and milk mix well, and then soak the prepared bread in the egg mixture for 3-5 min.
- Heat the butter in a frying pan over a low heat. When the melted butter, place the bread into frying pan and cook slowly with cover. When cooked light brown, turn over and cook to other side for about 1-2 min.
- Arrange the French toast a plate; serve with maple syrup or honey.
