Simmered Sardine with Sesame Vinegar 鰯のごま煮

- 4 sardine
- A:
- 140cc water
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp grid sesame
- Cut off the sardine’s head, remove the insides and wash with cold water and dry and pat with paper towel.
- Place the ingredients for “A” into a pan, and bring to the boil. Add the sardine and skimming off the foam, Simmer for about 2-3 min, over a medium heat, then add the grind sesame with drop-lid and simmer over medium heat for about 7-8 min. Remove the drop-lid, continue simmer until almost liquid is gone.
