- 1 onion, cut into mince
- 1 clove garlic, cut into mince
- 300g ground meat
- 400g tomato can
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp miso
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- pepper
- Cooked rice
- ONSEN TAMAGO(hot spring egg)
- Place the garlic and olive oil in a pan and fry, when it starts to smell good, add the onion and fry briefly.
- Add the ground meat over a medium heat and fry, when become pink the meat, add the tomato can, salt, miso and pepper, reduce the heat to low and simmer with cover for about 5 min. Then remove the cover and stir-simmer for about 10 min.
- Finally, add the soy sauce, stir briefly turn off the heat.
- Place the cooked rice on a plate and pour over the meat sauce and put the ONSEN TAMAGO on top.
- ☆ How to ONSEN TAMAGO
- Place the egg into a bowl, pour the boiling water so that the egg is completely submerged. Put the wrap film on the water and wrap the bowl with wrap film. Let stand for about 20-25 min.
