Fried Carrot with Sprout にんじんともやしの炒め物

Serves: 2
- 1 carrot
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 red chili
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ pack sprout
- salt and pepper
- Peel the carrot and cut into thinly strips. Mush the garlic, cut the red chili into half and remove the seeds.
- Put the olive oil, and garlic into a frying pan over a low heat. When it start to smell good, add the red chili and carrot, and fry.
- When becomes the carrot soften, add the sprout and fry briefly and a just the flavor with salt and pepper.
