- 120cc milk(warm to 40℃)
- 1 egg
- 10 grain cardamon( peel and chopped)
- 240g hard flour
- 60g flour
- 30g butter
- A:
- 5g dried yeast
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp sugar
- deep-fry for oil
- cinnamon powder
- granule sugar
- Put the ingredients for “A” in a large bowl, pour the milk and mixing with whisk and add the egg and cardamon mixing.
- Combine the hard flour and flour sift, then add the bowl for “1” and knead for 4-5 min. Add the butter and knead until smooth. Cover with wrap film, let stand in warm place for 40 min to 1 hour.
- Roll the dough until 1㎝ thick on surface sprinkle with flour and cut into round shape. Cover with cloth, let stand for 10-15 min in warm place.
- Deep- fry the donuts in oil at 170℃ until golden brown, when the cooked, drain on a tray and coat the granules sugar and cinnamon powder.
