- 2 bunch dried SO-MEN noodles
- 200g ground chicken
- 2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 sheet konbu kelp(used for dashi stock), cut into strips
- 800 cc dashi stock
- 2 tbsp sake
- salt
- vegetable oil
- spring onion, cut into chopped
- ☆ Ingredients for Dashi stock:
- 2 dreid shiitake mushrooms
- 2×5㎝ square konbu kelp
- 600-800 cc water
- Make to dashi stock: Soak the dried shiitake mushrooms, and konbu kelp in cold water for 8hours.
- Heat the oil in a pan and add the ground chicken, ginger and fry. When it fried, add the dashi stock, sake, konbu kelp, and salt.
- Boil the so-men noodles, combine with soup, then place the noodles and soup in a dish bowl. Sprinkle the spring onion.
