Sashimi Cube Tuna まぐろの角造り

- 200g Tuna
- 100g Yam, peel and grate
- 8 leaves Green perillas, cut into finely strips
- soy sauce
- wasabi
- Cut the tuna into 2-3 ㎝ wide slices.
- Pre-heat water to 90℃, and parboil the tuna for about 10 seconds in order to white its surface. Run it under water, and gently remove the excess water.
- Cut the tuna into 2-3 cm cubes.
- Serve the tuna in a plate and garnish with grated yam, green perillas, wasabi and soy sauce.
