- 1 kg chicken
- ☆ A:
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp sake
- 4 tbsp water
- ☆ B:
- 75ml milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- ☆ C:
- ½ tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp white pepper
- a little of black pepper
- your taste, chili powder
- 50g flour
- 50g enriched flour (bread flour)
- ½ tsp salt
- vegetable oil for deep fry
- Place the “A” and 1 tsp. of “C” in a bowl, add the chicken and let stand for about 3 hours over.
- Mix the milk and egg in another bowl. Wipe excess moisture away from chicken, put on milk and egg mixture. Combine and coat “C”, flour, enriched flour, and salt thoroughly.
- Deep fry in oil at 160℃ for about 8min,and drain, let stand 5min, then, Turn up to the heat 180℃ and deep- fry again for about 2min.
- Arrange the Fried Chicken on the plate, garnish with mushed potato and corn sauté.
