- 200g chicken tight
- ½ onion
- 150g macaroni
- 1 tbsp butter
- 40g grated cheese
- salt and pepper

- 40g flour
- 800cc milk

- Preheat the oven to 200℃,coat the butter a casserole dish.
- Bring to the boil salted water in a large pot, add the macaroni and boil for 8-9 min, and drain.
- Cut the chicken into the bite-size and cut the onion into the thinly slice.
- Heat the butter in a frying pan, add the chicken, onion and macaroni and stir- fry and add the salt and pepper. When it cooked transfer it to casserole dish.
- Make to white sauce; Melt butter in small sauce pan over a medium heat, add the flour and milk, stirring until thickens, stir in salt and pepper.
- Pour over the sauce to on macaroni, and sprinkle the grated cheese on top, then bake in preheat oven for about 15min.

I used Mozzarella cheese for this dish. You can use any type of cheese that melts great, like Cheddar cheese, Brie, or even Camembert is great. Hope that this helps out.
