Easy Meatloaf 簡単ミートローフ

Serves: 5 – 6
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup milk
- 4-5 slices of bread, torn into small pieces
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- ½ tsp salt and pepper
- 700g lean ground beef
- Combine the all ingredients expect beef in a large bowl.
- Add the beef and mix well.
- Shape into loaf in a baking dish.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 180℃ for about 40-50 min.
