- 12 sheet spring roll pastry
- 4 leeks, chopped
- 6 scallops, shelled
- 8 mid-size shrimps, boiled and shelled
- olive oil
- fresh cream
- white wine
- salt and pepper
- your taste, nutmeg
- Chives for decoration
- Slice scallops into two and cut shrimp into 2-3㎝ pieces.
- Cook leeks, scallops and shrimp in a pan with a little bit of olive oil.
- Add the fresh cream, wine, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Spread two sheets of spring roll pastry and add the oil.
- Put one big spoonful of leeks in the middle of one of two sheets. Add 2 slices of scallops and 2-3 shrimp.
- Use toothpicks to close together.
- Cook in an oven at 200℃ for about 15 min.
