- 350 cc milk
- 50 cc water
- 4 cups flour
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil for pastry
- 2.5 tbsp sugar
- 3 eggs
- 20g dry yeast
- ½ tbsp salt
- vegetable oil for grease hands when making pastry
- Filling
- 180g ground beef
- 70g ground pork
- ½ onion, cut into mince
- salt and pepper
- vegetable oil for deep frying
- Dissolve 20g of dry yeast in 50cc of water. Warm milk to 35-40℃.
- Mix milk, yeast, sugar, salt, 2 tbsp. of vegetable oil and eggs. Add in wheat flour, lightly grease your hands and stir well to make dough, add butter and knead until smooth.
- Cover with lid and let stand in warm place, after 1hour, press down on the dough twice to get rid of pockets of air.
- Lay out a cloth on a table, smear with oil, roll the dough into small balls, and wait for 15 min (do not touch).
- Flatten each ball so that it is about 1㎝ thick.
- Fry onion, ground beef, and ground pork to make filling.
- Add filling, fold into dumpling shape and lay edges faces down, do not touch for 20 min.
- Deep fry until brown.
