- Pastry
- 300g flour
- 150 cc olive oil
- 50 cc water
- salt
- Filling:
- 100g bacon
- 1 onion
- ½ bunch spinach
- 200 cc fresh cream
- 200 cc milk
- 3 eggs
- 100g grated cheese
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- Mix the flour, salt and oil, add the water. Mix until it becomes a ball, let stand for about 30 min.
- During this time prepare the onion and spinach, wash and cut into small pieces.
- Fly the bacon and onion in a pan until brown, add the spinach and turn down the heat, cook until vegetable becomes tender.
- Spread the flour on a table, roll pastry dough so that it is about 3 ㎜, put in a pie dish and pick pastry with a fork, bake in oven at 210℃ for 10 min until slightly brown.
- During this time out eggs, milk and cream in a bowl and blend with a whisk, add the ingredients of step “3”, salt , pepper and nutmeg to taste.
- Pour into the cooked pie pastry, garnish with cheese and bake in oven for another 15-20 min.
