- 3 cup rice
- 1 squid
- 6-8 middle size shrimps
- 250g clams
- ¼ cup oil
- ½ onion
- 1 garlic clove
- Sauce:
- 1 cup canned tomato
- 2 consommé cube
- oil
- 3 tbsp white wine or sake
- salt and pepper
- Wash the rice , and cut the squid into round about 1㎝ thick, wash shrimp and clams.
- Cut the onion and garlic into mince.
- Heat ¼ cup oil and add the garlic and onion, and fry, add the rice and sea food into a pan and fry, then transfer the rice and seafood into a rice cooker.
- Make to sauce, use same pan, add the oil, canned tomato, consommé cube white wine or sake, salt and pepper.
- Fill the rice cooker with the sauce to the 3 line, cook for about 30 min.
